L’Oreal True Match Foundation Golden Beige Review

L'Oreal True Match Foundation Golden Beige Review

Hi! today I’m going to review L’Oreal true match foundation. I’ve been on a lookout for a light and a seemless finish foundation. Then I came across the L’Oreal True match foundation. Shade I have got is golden beige which is a yellow undertone foundation. I am NC 35 so you can have a reference.

Price: ₹799

Packing: Coming onto the packing. The packaging is a nice heavy glass bottle which a transparent body. It will look very sleek kept on your vanity. I wouldn’t say it’s a good travel product as the upper plastic lid is a little bit flimsy. It usually opens up when kept in bags unattended but having said that the product is otherwise gorgeous and looks very chic sitting on your vanity.

Texture: Now onto the texture of L’Oreal True Match Foundation it is extremely lightweight and your skin does not feel as if it’s burdened by a lot of heavy cakey foundation. it’s a very light and blends in beautifully. you can either use a brush or a sponge to apply it all over your face. it’ll feel like it’s melting into your skin and the quality has always been a great perk with L’Oreal as they always make sure that the quality is at par.

L’Oreal True Match Foundation is for people who have a little bit of better skin because it does not do justice to a heavy duty foundation by any mean. One layers gives a light coverage and second layer gives almost a medium coverage. I personally like it since I am in the younger side of the spectrum and it’s easier to use and also not very highly priced. You can totally get it on sale.

Also this is a matte foundation so it is a great pick for summers. I have a dry skin yet this foundation doesn’t stick to my dry patches and gives a flawless finish. The only thing with this foundation that I sometimes don’t like is that it has small particles of golden glitter. Since it’s a matte foundation little particles of glitter just stand out and become obvious. It just does not get along because on one side you have a matte skin on the side you have a little bit of shimmer which just doesn’t add up for me personally. But having said this is a very microscopic view of the foundation, glitter become obvious only when seen from near, from a far it looks gorgeous. Pros of L’Oreal True Match Foundation:

Matte
Lightweight
Air brush effect
No breakout
Decently priced

Cons of L’Oreal True Match Foundation:

Sheer to medium coverage (if you want high coverage)
Golden particles of glitter

 CC Rating: 4/5

I like this L’Oreal True Match Foundation Golden Beige because it has a pump and also of how easily if blends and just melt into your skin and feels so airbrushed. It is a light to medium coverage, so it’s not very high on coverage and in case you have really serious blemishes and acne scaring and you want to conceal them, then it won’t be the perfect foundation for you since you might be looking for a heavy duty foundation. Colour range is decent in  L’oreal true match foundation but I think everyone can almost find the shade they need. I liked it but it is not my favorite foundation as of now. It’s a decent purchase overall.
