Revlon colorstay can be worn on the upper as well as the lower lash line. It stays on without bleeding for 6 hours on the waterline and 8 hours on the upper lash line. It is smudge proof as well as waterproof. As the eyeliner is super soft, it becomes blunt quickly and you end up sharpening it frequently. It did not sting my eyes or cause any allergic reaction. It is impossible to remove it off without an eye makeup remover.

Revlon colorstay is extremely long-lasting, highly pigmented, soft and comfortable to carry on for hours. Just one stroke gives you dark and dramatically defined eyes. Smudge proof, smear free and water resisting property of the eyeliner makes it an awesome option for all seasons. It is one of the best black eyeliner pencils I have used till date. Oh, yes! I am definitely buying it again.
