Limelite Salon & Spa has introduced a range of indulging facial delights from Estrella Professional. Last week I was invited to try out their newly launched facial.
What impressed me the most in Limelite salon is their well trained staffs and the neatness of the salon. Beautician Priya analysed my skin and suggested me to try out the ” Glow in Facial ” it is a treatment based facial Priced at Rs.2,645 per sitting. It has been designed to get smoother and light skin, as I had mild tan and little pigmentation on forehead I was recommended to do this facial for 3 sitting and then switch on to the normal facial or regular clean-up.
I was given a disposable gown which is more hygienic than the regular one which is given in most of the salon. Glow in facial is quite different from normal facial, they have pre peel and peel process to remove the tan and to get a even skin tone. As this facial involves Peel, the massage time given to the face has been cut down to half and instead that is made up with the pampering hand, feet and back massage.
Facial started with cleansing followed by pre peel and peel. After that face is scrubbed, steamed and if there is any blackheads and whiteheads it is removed. This is followed by the application of lightening and super hydrating serum and relaxing massage. The serum is wiped off and you get a refreshing rose peel-off mask, it takes about 15 minutes for the mask to get dried. Once the mask has been peeled off it is followed by sun screen lotion. The facial treatment lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
My skin felt smooth after the facial, I was informed that the result will be completely visible only after 3 days. It has been a week since I have done this facial, I must say that the tan in my forehead has reduced and my skin feels more radiant.
Note: As this facial contains peel you should avoid threading and bleach for 2-3 days before and after facial. You are also advised to avoid sun for 3 days.
