Banana Coconut Milk Smoothie Recipe
Banana coconut milk smoothie is my all time favorite drink, it is a boon for people who are allergic to milk and those who are following Swank diet.

Ingredient :
Banana - 1 (large )
Powdered Vellam ( Jaggery ) - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/8 tsp
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Broken Cashew - 1tsp
Coconut Pieces - 1tsp

Method :
1. Cut banana in to small pieces and mash with hands or masher. Add the Jaggery powder and cardamom powder to it.
2. Add the coconut milk to the banana mixture. (To extract coconut milk add coconut to a mixie along with some water and grind it smoothly. Extract the coconut milk by filtering it using sieve.)

3. Dry roast cashew and coconut pieces and add it to the smoothie as a final garnishing. You can serve it cold or have it as such.

Notes :
  • Jaggery can be replaced with sugar if you don't like the taste of jaggery
  • You can replace coconut milk extract with remade one but I prefer fresh coconut milk.
