Today I would like to share my shopping experience with amazon.in Amazon has launched their Indian Shopping site www.amazon.in before a few months. I have had a good shopping experience with their US site so I wanted to shop their Indian site for a long time and finally last week I ordered a few products. Their site is very easy to navigate and they have huge discounts for books and toys.
My Experience :
I ordered a few books, a silicone spatula and few posters from www.amazon.in and I received the products within 3 days, it came in a well packed cardboard box.
When I opened it I realized that they have forgotten to send me the spatula. I left a message in their site and got a call from them within a couple of minutes (Wow, this was unbelievable)
I was very happy with the way the customer care responded, they said they will check it with their team and get back to me in a couple of days. I did receive a mail from them the next day stating that they have initiated the refund for my missing item. The money was credited in 2 days.
