Jafra Pressed Powder Review

Today I will review Jafra Pressed Powder. I got this Jafra powder as a free gift for 2 year Good housekeeping Subscription. I have never heard about this brand before so I googled about it and found that it was found around 1956 in California.

My Experience :

This Jafra pressed powder comes in a nice travel friendly packing along with a mirror and a sponge. The shade that I have received is Medium. It suits my skin tone and it provides light coverage. As the product claims it does not give natural finish, it kind of looks cakey. It last only for 2 hours. Does not minimise fine lines. It kind of gives artificial and a very much made-up look it does not look natural at all. The sponge which had come along with the powder is useless.

Pros :

  • Nice packing
  • Comes with a mirror
  • Contains Vitamin C and E

Cons :

  • Light coverage
  • Last only for 2 hours
  • Cakey
  • Does not minimise lines
  • Gives an artificial look
  • Poor quality sponge

Final Verdict :

This pressed powder does not live up to what it claims or for its price. I will not buy it again.

Rating :

3/5
